Returns Procedure
Personal Customers
Orders from personal customers are covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. You have eight working days from placing your order or delivery of the goods to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund the cost of the products plus our delivery changes. You will need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. The returned goods need to be received in good condition and be suitable to for resale.
When goods have been customised to your specifications, for example where chain has been cut to length, then these items can not be returned for a refund.
If you wish to cancel your contract you need to contact us in writing (email or fax or letter) and we will provide instructions for returning the goods.
Business Customers
Orders from business customers are covered by our normal Terms and Conditions. We wish for you to be fully satisfied with the products we supply - if you have any problems please feel free to contact us.
