Delivery Map

We aim to deliver within 3 working days using one of our approved carriers and make every effort to ensure you receive your goods within this time. We are unable to give you a specific day or time when your order will be delivered but often it will be the next day.

We always use accredited carriers to try to provide the most secure and reliable service for you and do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive as promptly as possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed.  Should your goods not have arrived within 7 working days after you placed your order you must inform us, unless we have notified you beforehand that there will be a delay in despatch.

Goods will be treated as lost only when we have completed a full investigation with our carrier.

Please be aware that our carriers will need an authorised signature when they deliver your order. Please therefore ensure that an authorised signatory is present to accept the delivery.  We cannot be held liable for missing items if the goods have been signed for by anyone other than an authorised signatory.

Refusal of delivery for any reason will incur a minimum unauthorised return charge of £15.

No responsibility can be accepted for any loss, consequential or otherwise, arising from failure for any cause to meet any delivery.

We regret we are unable to accept claims for late delivery of orders, whatever the reason. 

 

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE if you order products to the value of over £60 (excluding carriage) for delivery to Mainland UK.  Please see the blue area. 

 

Delivery locations

From this website we only deliver to the UK. If you would like your goods to be delivered outside the UK, please call us on 01420 520846 for a quote.
